Hello! I’m Betsy! My approach to photography is natural one. I focus on the entire composition of a photo and how the senior fits within it. I am intent on photographing the likeness, personality and mood of my subject.
I think about portraits as they are; just a brief moment in a fleeting season. I want to capture pieces that aren’t just a photo on a wall but more an expression of art. I want to capture kiddos the way we parents see them, so maybe, just maybe, they can see themselves as remarkably as we do.
My Portrait Style
I love vibrancy & light. I push my camera to get the best of it.
I want my subject to feel like themselves, not over posed or in make up or hair that is out of their norm, but more natural, true to who they are.
I genuinely appreciate the trust each family puts in me and look forward to working together.
