I have had the pleasure of knowing this family since I took their middle daughter's portraits in 2015 and let me tell you, they are among the most genuine of people. When it came time to take Caroline's photos, I was so happy when her beautiful mom called. We wandered through Eden Park together on a ridiculously nice November evening.

Caroline, I hope you have a terrific senior year! Wherever you end up will be lucky to have you! Thank you for allowing me the time! Chris, thank you for asking me to take Caroline's portraits and for always being so good to me! It was so nice seeing you both! ~ B

32 degrees and 8 o'clock in the morning and this lovely senior showed up with a giant smile. Brooke persevered through the cold that proved this gal's prowess on stage because you'd never know she was freezing by looking at her portraits. It came as no surprise to me that she is as talented as she is kind and truly a pleasure to meet.

Brooke, congratulations on senior year! I hope that all goes even better than your plans and look forward to seeing what your future brings. I am sure it's a bright one! All the best! ~ B

Many of my senior girls worry about wind during their sessions. I always explain that, usually, we can make it work and it ends up helping to add "flow" to a photo. On this shoot, we had wind like I had never had it before but this beautiful senior didn't miss a beat. Not only was there wind but the temperature was frigid and you wouldn't know that by looking at her photos.

Kylie, I enjoyed shooting your portraits and am so glad you persevered. Thank you for allowing me the time. I hope you have an amazing senior year! Wishing you all the best! ~ B

When your senior loves a particular kind of architecture and has played music on the stage at Music Hall you make sure to center his shoot around those places. We found ourselves walking from Music Hall to Saint Peter in Chains and then to Cincinnati Museum Center. We walked and talked a ton.

Heather and Nathan, thank you for allowing me to take your portraits. It was a pleasure meeting you both. Nathan, I hope that your senior year serves to be the best, albeit strange, yet. I trust that your many experiences so far are only just the beginning for you. Looking forward to seeing where you go. ~ B

Cincinnati Nature Center is full of beautiful spots. Especially this time of year. It never surprises me when my seniors want to shoot here. This particular night was chilly and grey but none the less beautiful. This stunning senior and her wonderful mom were troopers as we spent a couple of hours wandering the center. As I edited her photos it was easy to see how naturally at ease this kiddo is. Her athletic and intelligent nature easily rounds out part of what makes her cheerful and warm to chat with.

Maggie, thank you for allowing me to take your senior portraits. Your worry over posing was unfounded because you fell so naturally in your shots. Not to mention, the hints of a Cindy Crawford look alike, in them. :) I am so grateful for the time. I wish you the best as the year goes on and look forward to hearing where you end up! Congrats on senior year! ~ B

This gorgeous family decided to change up family photos this year and meet in Covington for a quick shoot. While it was brisk, Covington views did not disappoint ... the houses, the brick alleys, the street lamps, the leaves ... seriosuly, perfect!

Rhodes family, it is always a pleasure! Thank you so much for meeting me on the river! Wishing you many blessings! ~ B ☺️

Gabe and Brooke ...

Gabe and Brooke ...

What can I say really? These beautiful people rose with the sun and met me at French Park for engagement photos. Now they aren't just your standard, run of the mill, beautiful people ... they're the kind good enough to love on someone in your life in a big way. So when you are lucky enough to be asked to shoot photosfor them, you hop at the chance. It was so easy to see the genuineness that passes between them and has me thinking to their wedding next year. It's such an incredible season they're in and Brooke and Gabe, I wish you all the mad love you can take and loads and loads of patience for the moments when "mad" is more literal and a little less "love".

Thank you both for allowing me to take your first family photos for you. All the best! ~ B

I am always thrilled to see this beautiful family! This kiddo has one of the most vivid imaginations and mom and dad do an amazing jib fostering it. I am so lucky to hear many awesome stories about the adventures Sol comes up with. And even more so this time to get to shoot them at their beautiful home in a perfect spot.

I only wish I get to see you outside of your shoots more. looking forward to a Covid free life soon! Coffee's on me! ~ B

Okay, sometimes everything works with you every ounce of the way and you walk away knowing it'll take forever to finish the photos because there will be too many good ones. And I am not one to part with many photos. This shoot was one of those; from the incredibly vibrant sunrise, the few people up and moving, no construction and the rain holding off until we were done (within 15 minutes of it). Crazy! Not to mention, Audrey was a breeze to spend time with. I am so grateful her mom reached out because they wanted a setting that was important to Audrey and they picked a perfect spot!

Audrey, thank you for entrusting me with your portraits and Cori, thank you for granting me the time! I enjoyed the time with you two so much. I hope you have an incredible year and wish you great luck. If you do end up studying hospitality, I'd love to hear where you wind up. From a former hospitality professional to a future one ... I wish you all the best and then some. ~ B

The Ratliff family met me at the Cincinnati Nature Center for a quick shoot with their pups. The adorable duo were so well behaved and it was so nice spending time with them. It was so easy to see the love that ran between them, all of them. And such a privilege to document this season.

Thank you for allowing me to photograph your beautiful pups. I hope the coming days and months are filled with beautiful moments!

All my best ~ B
